We provide this program as either an open enrollment, with participants from various companies, or limited to a single company. The single company program is customizable to include your specific needs.

We work with your product managers to develop the self-paced training, discussion forums and live web meetings. Your salesforce cover the self-directed content at their own schedule. Live web meetings are then conducted with your product managers to address questions, analytical issues, and specific issues. As needs arise, additional web meetings are conducted. This method allows your product managers to meet with your entire salesforce, with no travel, and a flexible schedule.

New Operational Procedures Mentoring Programs
We work with your operational Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop the self-paced training, documents, discussion forums and live web meetings. Participants cover the self-directed content at their own schedule. Live web meetings are then conducted with your SMEs to address questions, analytical issues, and specific issues. As needs arise, additional web meetings are conducted. This method allows your SMEs to meet with your entire operations personnel, with no travel, and a flexible schedule.
